A new month also means new entrances for the Xbox Game Pass. The game service is also expanded again in August 2021 with some fresh titles, some of them even from Launch. In our list, we have listed all titles that come back to the Game Pass in August 2021. From the appointments in the brackets, the new games can be downloaded and - apart from the abo fees - play without further costs or restrictions.

These Xbox games are new in the Game Pass in August 2021
So far, four new additions for the Game Pass are known, more will probably be announced over the next few days and weeks.

- Hades (August 13)

August-Highlight: Hades
- Genre: Action Roleplay
It's about it: Hades is a roguelike dungeon crawler of the makers * inside of bastion and transistor. As Zagreus hack and clasp we through the underworld of Greek mythology and must defeat the god of death. As you know it from Roguelikes, we start again after each screen death, are getting stronger and discovering more from the story.
That's why you should have played it: Because even Permadeath and Random Haters are likely to enjoy this game. Because Hades offers not only many sympathetic characters around Hero Zagreus, but also the thrilling motivational spiral, a great story and not least a captivating combat system. The Game Pass is a paid game service for the Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and Xbox One, with which your access to well over 200 titles. There is both a standard variant and the Game Pass Ultimate, which additionally contains an Xbox Live Gold membership as well as other exclusive features (Xcloud access, EA play games). Xbox Live Gold then needs you, among other things, if you want to play the online multiplayer. Free2play games are excluded from this scheme.
