Platinumgames will strengthen its relationship with Nintendo

Since the time of the Wii U, Platinum games and Nintendo have been part of a quite effective alliance for the two companies. With the launch of bayonet ta 3 just a few days away, many wonders if these companies will continue to collaborate in the future. Fortunately, it seems that this will be the case, since a recent hiring of Platinum games could create a new bridge full of collaborations with Nintendo .

Recently, it was announced that Aka Ya mane has joined Platinum games as his new vice president and CBO. The interesting thing is that Ya mane previously worked for 20 years in Nintendo as General Manager of Licensing and General Director of Sales and Planning. Upon making this information known, At sushi India, CEO of those responsible for Bayonet ta, revealed how this hiring is positive for future collaborations with Nintendo . This was what he commented:

Behind

Well, obviously, Ya mane did not leave Nintendo in bad terms and this association we have with Nintendo is very important for us at this time and will continue. I think that with Yamane-san joining us here, Platinum games can definitely build an even stronger relationship with Nintendo in the future. That can only be something positive for Platinum games. So, we are very happy to have it on board.

From Star Fox Zero, through the Wonderful 101, to Bayonet ta, the relationship between Nintendo and Bayonet ta is something that fans have constantly celebrated. With the participation of Ya mane, there is the probability that the developers of near: automata give us new proposals for action , and even sequela at titles astral chain.

We only have to wait and see what the future will be between these two companies . On related issues, Platinum games CEO talks about the failure of Babylon’s fail. Similarly, Bayonet ta's original actress will not return for the new installment.

Editor's note:

Although Ya mane hiring is not a guarantee of something, there is no doubt that Platinum games's best collaborations have been with Nintendo. With Square Enix they gave us near: automata, but Babylon’s fall was a failure. Hopefully, at least, a sequel to astral chain is already under development.
